We are delighted to report that our Year 11 student Henry Marshall was crowned as Yorkshire Champion following a recent boxing event.
His coach reported Henry was successful in winning The Yorkshire Junior Challenge Belt at 54kg by unanimous decision against the MTK gold medallist, and Yorkshire Squad representative, on his own home show in Halifax.
After a close first round, Henry listened well to his coaches and followed instruction, fighting at distance and regularly landing the straight right cross, clearly winning rounds two and three.
