English

Students will answer comprehension questions and write two PEE paragraphs on an unseen war poem. They have been practising exploring unseen poems in class as part of the Conflict scheme.

Maths

Mainly content covered in Year 8 with one or two Year 7 topics – info on Google Classroom.

Science

Content from our most recent topics – with some interleaved questions from previous topics – Adaption and Inheritance, Separation Techniques, Energy.

MFL - German

KS3 – We will be doing a writing paper on all topics covered this year using both a photo-card task as well as translation from the target language into English..

MFL - French

KS3 – We will be doing a writing paper on all topics covered this year using both a photo-card task as well as translation from the target language into English.

Geography

Knowledge test on all topics covered during the year, including key terms from previous year. Knowledge organiser and revision material on Google Classroom.

History

The exam tests all the knowledge covered this year in the form of multiple choice questions. Students have a knowledge organiser for exam revision.

Religious Education

KS3 covering all topics – each out of 50 marks. Revision resources and topics on Google Classroom.

Music

Notation Test – completed in Summer first half term.

PE

No end of year exam – students assessed throughout the year.

Drama
