Calling all performers!
A message from Mrs Sladen:
I am very pleased to be able to announce that, following a two year break due to Covid restrictions, our annual musical production is back!! I will need actors, singers, dancers and backstage crew to be involved and help make this December’s production our best ever…Β however, I have not completely decided at the moment which musical we will perform (although I do have a few favourites in mind!) as I am not exactly sure who would like to be involved!
The Active Lives Children and Young Peopleβs survey
Last July, Millthorpe School was selected to take part in The Active Lives Children and Young Peopleβs survey, commissioned by Sport England. The survey gathered data on how children engage with sport and physical activity, providing anyone working with children aged 5-16 key data to help understand children’s attitudes and behaviours around sport and activity.
The project is due to end next month, so we would like as many students as possible to complete the survey again to help the researchers assess the impact of the project.
