Progress Leaders

At Millthorpe School we have a dedicated non-teaching Progress Leader for every year group. Their role is to monitor and support the academic progress and overall development of students in that year group. They work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, teachers, the Inclusion Team and parents so that our students can become the best they can be.

The role is one of the most rewarding in school. Progress Leaders see first hand how effective home school partnerships help students to develop into kind, ambitious, and driven global citizens ready to take on the challenges and opportunities in the 21st century.
