Year 7 Geography trip to Bolton Abbey – 7 July 2023
For a Geographer, nothing beats seeing the diversity of our environment in the field. All year 7 students will have been studying river environments within the UK. At this time of year, we usually take all of Year 7 to Bolton Abbey for their first fieldwork experience, which is a key component of the Geography curriculum. Bolton Abbey offers a location that will offer students invaluable first-hand experience of a rapidly changing upland river environment.
