A message from Ms Greenhalgh

What It’s a short weekly email from us this week as we wrap up for the Christmas holidays. I’d like to say a huge thank you to all of you for your support over the last term, not just for your generosity towards our various charity initiatives, but also for supporting your children through their school days. We know there can be a lot to juggle with homework, uniform, PE kits, school fixtures, rehearsals, clubs, trips and more, so thank you!

This week, Elf the Musical took to the stage, with the cast bringing the house down with their incredible performances. Thank you to Mrs Sladen, Mrs Gillespie and the whole team behind the show, thank you to the students who dedicated hours to rehearsals and thank you to all of you who came to see the show. We hope you enjoyed it! Tomorrow, we’ll be sending out our Millthorpe Messenger, which has some fantastic photos of the cast – please do take a look.

I had a lovely time today visiting all our classrooms with some sweet treats for the students. Here are just a few photos.

A reminder that school reopens after the Christmas break on Monday 8 January 2024.
